Very productive tonight. Did the 4 x 600 @mile, 1 min, then 300 @800 and 3,4,5 rest. Splits: 1:55, 52, 1:52, 52, 1:56, 54, 1:52, 51. My splits were great, but those turns were awful and NObody knows how to just walk in the walk lane. Very great workout though. Was gapping those walkers like F1
