We are so back. Did my long run right after work which made it tough. Also still coming off of the bad sleep I got at roca. Took 2 gels during the run to get ready for the marathon. It officially clicked that I’m running a marathon in 6 days so going to lock in. Gonna get 8+ hours of sleep and do the little things to best prepare myself.
