Had a really good meet last night at Homewood-Flossmore. I ran in both the 800m and 400m relay and I was able to run some big pr’s. In the 800 I shaved off 6 seconds off my pr and ran a 2:09 and in the 400 I ran a pr of 56.1. I think I’m starting to see the work of the past few months of training.
