Best workout in water that I’ve ever done. Walter (who I kidnapped today) said my Aquajogging looked more like doggy paddling.
10 minute warmup, then 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 ladder with 1 minute rests, then 15 minute cooldown. Heart rate ranged from 120 at the start to 165 (I’m glad I could get there, that’s definitely a new max aquajogging HR!)
Enjoyed the hang with Walter. Sauna afterwards was nice.
Which X-training warrior am I dragging out tomorrow ? 👀
