Pretty good broken 500s workout today, ran all of it with Noah and we hit 43,28,43,29,44,30. Overall our pacing was great and I felt pretty strong and relaxed for most of it.

Saint Charles east invite. Ran a decent leg in the 4x800 but I was all alone and just kinda did what I needed to, double in the mile was rough and once again I didn’t compete at all. Need to learn from it

Tough but fun dual meet. 800 was pretty chill, wind was getting annoying but still ran a comfortable 2:01. Real pain came when I was in the first heat of the 400 like 4 minutes after the 8, and that was a huge struggle. Got my swagger back for the 4x4 and felt great as a split a 54.1 and didn’t really go too hard

Very tough track workout. I was going to have to do it alone but thankfully my flight was delayed. Defiantly was dying throughout most of the workout, but came out of it feeling like I could’ve gone a little faster, yet I was still slow on all my reps.

Annual 2x800 relay workout. Saved a little too much in my first leg since I wanted to have a great second leg, but it got rained out 😞. Did a very productive 3x6min on the treadmill at 10.5mph then 11mph for the last two reps.
