Fairview + addon. Was very cold on the way out but warmed up on the way back.

Forgot to log yesterday. Ran 8 outside and then 1 minke cross train.

Cross train at westmont gym today. I want to feel fresh going into the track season. Will do the 200s tomorrow on the track.

Fairview with tempo on the way back. Came back around 5:55 pace with Ian. Went a lot faster than last week and definitely feel a lot more fit.

Planned on doing half and half but fitness center was full. So I ran a couple laps around the school and then did gas loop with the rest of the guys.

Garywood + 4x 200. Felt great on the 200s. Averaged around 29 per rep. Glad to be doing some speed work.

Fairview with tempo after the halfway point. Tempo pace was 6:02. Ran with Ian, Henry, Andrew, and Walter. I think most of my fitness I has returned post sickness. I felt tired after the tempo but I went a lot farther and faster than last week. Bands after.

Ran 6 miles to Prospect. Pace was a little quick. Felt good.

Single b + 2 mile tempo on track. The tempo was at 6:20 pace. Felt a lot better than I thought in tempo.

Run at graue. Felt a lot better than Saturday and I think I’ll be fine to go 6 miles tomorrow.

First run back from being sick. I definitely felt out of shape but it could’ve been worse. Only did 4 miles to ease back into it.
