4 miles with Bart at Bemis. Still some dull pain and I’m just going to wait it out after the week break I have coming up

5 minute warmup, 16x2 minutes with 30 sec rest and 10 minute cooldown. Hr was 175-185 after the first couple reps. Planning on running tomorrow

Was going to do 2:30 on with 1:00 rest but it felt like too much so I just did 30 second rest. Ended up doing 12 reps, plus warmup and cooldown. Heart rate was 175-185 the whole time.

Very tough ladder workout. Went 1-2-3-4-5-6-5-4-3-2-1 minutes on bike with a 10 minute warmup and cooldown and 1 minute rest. Heart rate was a consistent 175-190 the whole time.

Averaged 2:45 before the hill sprints and 2:50 after. Not good times by any means but it was hard to run by myself. (Accidentally did 4x800 instead of 3x800, I guess I misremembered what was on the training calendar.)
