4x1k Workout at KLM. Felt pretty good for this one and I am happy with the effort. First one was slow cause we went the wrong way and didn’t know how fast we were going because of the grass. But, after the first one, we were able to dial into our pace and went 3:15, 3:14, and 3:17. Definitely a wake up call being at KLM rather than the track.
