Mid run tdy. Was thinking about cross training but decided to run and see how I feel. Turns out I probably should’ve credos trained. My legs were pretty sore for the first 3/4, but then I got a second wind and got my legs back. Probably should cross train tmrw morning instead of run for half an hour so I’m ready for the workout.
