Not a bad race considering I haven’t ran hard in like a week and not ideal heat. There still are more meets to run and more time to improve in practice and in races but overall I think I did pretty well. Good job to the team for sticking together and staying with the pack.

Great workout. Ran with Andrew, kyle and Sean and I could breathe like a normal person. The hill before the 4 mile point was terrible though.

Good run until breathing cut out. Ran 2:52 for the first lap, 2:47 for the 2nd lap, then 2:42 for the 3rd one. Breathing started to cut out in 4th so I had to stop
