Warmup + TT should’ve have done a longer morning run and drank more water. 2x1 mile tempo and 2x200. I’ve Come to like tempos after fast intervals.

Very tough workout today. Honestly I was doing really well in the first set and I didn’t feel that much. However the second set really hit me and I slowed down a ton. I woke up this morning with a fever but I didn’t think much of it. But I know that’s not an excuse. Anyway got all of it done so we ball regardless

3200 Instead of nerves I was dreading this race. However I didn’t let it get to me. I tried my best and I got a decent PR despite my intestines being all messed up and such. But overall great meet for everyone.

I ran down the mountain today and thought that it was gonna be a painless way up. Got it done but really wish I had gone to a place that wasn’t on the side of a mountain.
