I really dislike the 2 mile. I still pr’ed but still I still dislike it. Maybe with time I’ll learn to like it, but for now I hate it so much. But, thank you everyone for the great season!

Under the lights!!!! This was my very first under the lights and there was so much energy. My heart was pounding the moment we were on the starting line and when the gun went out everyone went flying out. We all finished in quick succession of each other. Shout out Luke Keiner for like a mega PR at the finish and getting first. I had a calm PR of 5 seconds which I’ll take. Congrats to everyone who PRed today!!!

Holy meet. Leading up to my mile I wasn’t really thinking, I was having a fun time at the meet and talking to the team. The nerves only hit once I got onto the track. They came all at once and it was really bad. However I still tried to push through it and got the PR that I needed. Under the lights is gonna be really good I know it.

I didn’t think I would do well today. Yesterday I had gone home with a fever dizziness and a headache. Came to the meet today and didn’t expect to do well. First 4 of the 8 went well but I got hit with a wave of dizziness and a head splitting headache which slowed me down a ton. Really tired to kick but I just couldn’t. I ended up PRing by a little but I felt like I could’ve raced better. Conference 🔜
