Second day back running. Honestly I felt that I should’ve put my self in there and competed. But I was honestly just trying to get through the race with no issues whatsoever. Only up from here. #meatywednesday

Went to lifetime and did this apporched by random unc, should’ve done it outside but my bike is terrible. Biked with arch supports in and it felt a lot better. Hopefully I can recover by Tuesday.

Cross train for today, Achilles is still feeling a little bad but it’s getting better!

4x7 hard on the bike, Achilles was shot so have to cross train today tommorow and Wednesday. Hopefully should be ready to go by Thursday. Workout was tough , fitness center was steamy.
