Warmup for a rough workout tdy. Heat KILLED me I cannot fathom how I got through summer running, it was only high 60s today 😭. 2k at tempo: 7:29, 1600 at 5k: 5:47, 1200 at 3k: 4:10, 800 at 1600, 2:41, 400 all out: 73 😭. Heat was a killer today
