3 x (3,2,1) fartlek workout. Finally did good this whole week on this workout, I felt really strong the whole way and slowly moved up to the front pack every rep. Gonna miss this group 😞

Super tough hill workout. Gave it my all and still only did 6. Last night I had a huge hit in ultimate frisbee where I had intense ringing, lots of jaw pain, and a huge open wound on my chin. Maybe this affected my workout, but it didn’t feel like it. Jaw pain is causing eating to be a problem sadly.

Progression at the lakefront. Didn’t come back as fast as I wanted to, but still had a much faster second half than first half. Hills after were pretty good and beach was really fun

4x1k at KLM, took the first 2 reps too easy, then after hills took the next 2 at a faster pace right behind the top group of 4. Definitely need to start my workouts faster with that group to set myself up for the rest of the workout with them. Tall grass made the legs feel very tired. Upper lift was chill.
