Did the workout today because the jet lag made me feel really bad yesterday 10 minute warm up 2k(7:52), 1600(6:09), 1200(4:24), 800(2:30), 400(72) could have gone faster on the 400 but the treadmill wouldn’t go faster and it was really rainy outside so I didn’t want to risk slipping

Only did 45 at klm before hills because my left ankle has been bothering me since midway through the meet on Saturday and the bumpiness of klm was really bothering me but I felt so much better running back to school on the flat surface of the road so I’ll be fine tomorrow

JV conference I got boxed in at the start of the 800 but that didn’t really effect my race because I was just trying to get out relaxed and then kick at the end which I did pretty well cause I fell behind everyone for the first 400 then I passed two guys on the third lap and I kicked the last lap to pick up another four and almost caught a fifth. My leg of the 4*400 was good I got the baton in fourth place and passed the two guys from glenbard I was able to catch the guy from oprf but I was really dead after 300 so I don’t know how I held off the second guy from gelnbard and ran a 57.9 but I sold it with a bad handoff which didn’t really matter since Rumi gapped them on the next leg
