Chill workout 4*300 jog 100 mile rp and 4*800 tempo with 1 minute rest with nick times were 3:05, 3:04, 3:03, 2:57 picked it up a little on the last one and I didn’t feel the best during the cooldown but that was probably the heat

Solid 800 felt pretty sore throughout the day for some reason but I still ran a pr by a second and probably could have been faster if I kicked earlier by I was too worried that I’d kick to early and my 4*400 leg was pretty mid cause I only ran 58 unfortunately

Ok mile today and my watch died during the tempo workout

Good workout tempo mile, 2*400 mile rp, tempo mile, 2*600 mile rp, tempo mile. Times were 6:18, 78, 78, 6:21, 2:13, 2:10, 6:14. I had a good kick in the last mile and my gps glitched and now says my first 600 was a minute so that’s kinda weird

Watty loop got out pretty slow because I didn’t have my foot taped and decided I would make it a progression run but the mile 6 hill killed that and I went to fast on mile 7 so I dropped down a bit for mile eight and I was really dying at the end
