First rest day in as long as I can remember. Feeling very under the weather and overall off. This is very unlike me so im listening to my body.

Fairview with 4 back at tempo with Noah. Pace was around 5:45. Almost got dropped but I tried to stay near him. I felt a little tired and heavy but I managed to get through with a decent pace

Sunday jog with smith. I enjoyed this one a lot, it’s strange to run in zone 2 but it felt great once I got used to it. We were battered by wind the whole time and my hat nearly flew off.
