Pretty rough tempo fast run. Didn’t really know what to expect and I should’ve approached the workout way differently. Splits were 6:10, 6:07, ?, 5:54, 6:40, 5:46. Total time was 37:18, so technically my third mile was 6:40 but I know it wasn’t that slow, so something else must be off. Either way, not a good workout. At the fifth mile I was sure I couldn’t run any after and then picked it up at the last mile. In order to have a good workout I should’ve reached that point on the second rep and pushed through for the rest of the workout. Learn for next time I guess

Pretty good KLM workout. Splits were 3:25, 3:23, 3:22, 3:26 and 3:26. With the tempo beforehand my legs were already pretty tired, and I like that aspect of the workout since it feels like a real race. Also getting better at stride lengths during each part of the race, even when I’m tired

Not a great race but not terrible. Rustbuster indeed. Definitely needed to make a move before the first mile but just kinda stayed comfortable. Definitely treated it like a 3 mile

58 minute loop w the guys, plus an unidentified mile number (going off of Ian’s time) add on with Ian. Felt great the whole time
