NXR trip/season reflection. My hip was feeling very rough this past week and I almost didn’t run today but I’m glad I did, even though I took it much easier. The race itself felt totally fine, I was careful to go slow enough not to aggravate anything. Unfortunate end to the season, with conference and now this, but there were plenty of amazing moments and this trip was a total blast. I’m excited to take a break and get back to it in the winter!

12x3 minute hard bike with 1 minute rest. Unfortunate I wasn’t able to do the run but I got a very good workout in on the bike. Near the end HR was 175-185. 5 minute cooldown and warmup.
