Long run with a mini workout in the middle cause I didn’t race yesterday. Did a 3 mile warmup then 7x3 min at 5:30 with 1 min float at 6:30 in between. Felt really good and smooth especially with 2 big days of walking before. Then cooled down for like 1.25 miles to get to 9.
