3200 at conference. All around a very interesting race and week. Never have had to take AP tests before and have to compete in heat like this. Wish I could have known how close I was to the OPRF kid at the end. Annoying way to end the season but definitely excited to rest up and fix my back issues for the next 2 weeks. Super fun to watch the rest of the meet. Not so fun getting back to the school at midnight. Definitely looking forward to this summer and my senior season.

Disappointing 5x400 and then 4x70s hard on elliptical with 90s easy in between. Was definitely feeling a lot of pain in my shins and having some lower back pain during the 400s which led to me switching to the elliptical. Feeling pretty disappointed in myself right for not sticking out all the 4s but hoping to shake it off and get locked for conference.
