Ran single B with the crew. I need to lock in for this race. If I’m going to be locked in, it’s going ti be because of how locked in I am. Locked in, locked in, locked in. In all seriousness, I need to focus on racing and sticking with Mark and Noah. If all three of us can stick together we’re bound to break five and finish the season with a win. I just can’t let what happened Wednesday happen again. Ice bath with Evan and yes, I dunked my head in. Oh, we also did 2x200 at race pace. Noah and I hit 39 and 36. (Sub 5 is 37.5). I’m not worried about the 39, we did a good job timing ourselves Monday. I’m really going to miss all the seniors 😢 Photo feat.
