Wednesday workout at OBPD. 2 x 1.5 mile (9:59, 9:51) with 3 min rest. Then did 10 min 45-15 on bicicleta, mile cooldown, and core 1. Thought I would be cramping from dehydration all day but fell decent. 200 track was boring, but easy to pace. Without the rest, I PRed in the 3 mile!
