First meet of the season:
15 min warmup, leg swings+ dynamics + strides, 4x800 (2:18), 5 min cooldown, stretching + 5 min elevating, 5 min warmup, dynamics+ strides, 400 (64), 15 min cooldown.
Our relay lineup did great overall. Everyone played their part and ran their race. William ran great, Eito ran great, and "Rocket Reda" absolutely blasting it for the win. I forgot how fast the 800 goes by and I think i could have pushed myself more in the middle.
As for the 400, Im very disappointed. I need to treat it like what it is: a sprint.
Had fun and glad to be competing again.
