10 minute warmup, 3 mile tempo with 45 on 15 jog at 17:52, 4x400 at 3200 pace (76, 75, 75, 75) 2x400 at 1600 pace (72, 72) and 4x200 (35, 35, 35, 34). Pretty good workout all things considered but I would’ve loved to have someone to run with during the tempo
