First speed workout of the year. 600,400, 6x200. 600 felt way better than expected and I ran a big pr of 1:29, 7 seconds faster than last year. 400 and 2s went well tambien. 60 and 31 avg. Very good spot to be in off no speed work and a big confidence booster for Saturday.
