Warmup, stough loop w 45 sec tempo 15 sec jog and repeat, 6x400m w first half 2 mi pace second half 1 mi pace, cooldown. Despite being pain I feel like I’ve been getting better at executing workouts so that it’s not so hard that I’m half dead and not so easy that feel like I can do more.
