Stair workout in Cuzco not a run bc my parents thought it would be more convenient. Was going to do 5 sets running up then walking down and then 5 more after 2 min rest but was stopped at 7. Quads are burning rn and I think my parents are pissed that I’m trying to fit in running in the middle of family time so I really do not know how much more of this I can do.

Now I get why so many runners train in the mountains - Cuzco is 9300 feet up and this had to be one of the hardest recovery runs I’ve ever done, but I feel like it will make me better in the end. I don’t know how many more of these I will be able to do though because my parents don’t trust me running internationally by myself and I don’t know how much more of this my dad can take. Hopefully this works out in the end
