Thursday, Monday, Tuesday: I ran in the fitness center with 2-3 miles on the treadmill at medium pace and did 45 minutes on the elliptical. I’ve also been stretching and doing knee strengthening exercises to limit fatigue. Not feeling great, but I’m pushing through as much as I can to get in some workouts.
