My dad decided not to run in a 5k today, so I took his bib and removed the chip and ran myself. I met Arjun there and I had fun running with him. I got 19place/1469 and 3rd in males under 19. It was a fun and less competitive 5k which was a breath of fresh air from cross country races. After I finished I cheered on my mom who was also running.

I had an ok final run. I pushed my self extremely hard throughout the race, especially in the first 2 miles, and suffered in the last.

I am pretty sick, so I felt really bad running today, but I still tried my best and pushed through. I experimented and ran the first mile harder than I usually do and I ended up getting a PR. If I had not slowed down so much in the last mile I think I could have ran sub 20. At least I have a good goal to work towards now.

I’m proud of myself for looping waterfall today, it’s been a goal of mine for a while. Today really wasn’t a great day with my allergies, so I took a few breaks to catch my breath.

I’ve been feeling a little sick today, but it actually felt good getting out for a run. Single B is my favorite route.

Ran a little conservative the first half, and then pushed harder during the 2nd. Very hot day, but I like the route so it was good.

The new route was good. I liked it so much more than running alongside the highway with not much shade to Harvester! It is also accessible from my home, so it may be good whenever I decide I need it.

Not including cooldowns or warmup: I got a mile pr, but still not as good as I hoped.

Great bike ride today, I saw a lot of cool wildlife and other things.

Spent a while on bikes and a portion at fast pace on the treadmill. I stopped after 2 miles because my blisters were hurting my feet. That didn’t stop me from doing core and then upper body though! 👹

Very hot race, which was hard on me, but I made my best effort to prepare for this race by eating, sleeping, and warming up correctly. Unfortunately I had some foot blisters, but I pushed through and listened to the Devil inside of me to get a PR! 😈 My new spikes were also nice
