I was in bad shape. My calves hurt a lot and I got bad sleep. I hope to get myself back in better shape soon for the race.

New workout was interesting- my times got slower than I’d prefer in the last few. I got bad sleep and may not have eaten enough, so I could try to improve those

Turned back at Ogden- Longest outside run I’ve done in a week or so, I’m getting back into better shape but still feel sick

On Friday and Wednesday I did a little bit of biking and a lot of exercises/core

Thursday, Monday, Tuesday: I ran in the fitness center with 2-3 miles on the treadmill at medium pace and did 45 minutes on the elliptical. I’ve also been stretching and doing knee strengthening exercises to limit fatigue. Not feeling great, but I’m pushing through as much as I can to get in some workouts.

Cross training because of my illness. Ran a good bit upstairs with @Reda and Andy. Got some good mileage on the elliptical and treadmill afterwords. Finished up with some good core exercises
