Elliptical

10 mins on treadmill, didnt feel good switched to elliptical for an hour and felt better. Utilized a good blood sugar day to get some more miles in. Just got off of a call with Jacob Hunter, a former distance runner for the university of Virginia, who is a type one diabetic like I am. He shared a ton of really cool stuff that I am planning to implement in my training and preparation for races, as well as my diet. Super cool to talk to him.
