Short Saturday treadmill run. Felt like I really got my blood sugars right this week, felt amazing. Just gotta ramp up the mileage.

30 mins run, 15 min bike, and strides. Felt sore today, rolled and stretched out after the run. Blood sugars were great again.

30 mins + 4x200. I was very methodical and precise with my blood sugars today, had one of my best blood sugar days ever. Run felt great because of that. A non diabetic person would have a blood sugar between 70-100 on a normal day, and I was pretty close to that nearly the whole run.

Had to bike again, been having some bad low and high blood sugars. I think it’s due to the change in my daily schedule now that school is over. Gonna tweak some stuff, should be good for long run tmrw.

Treadmill morning long run. Genuinely had the best blood sugars I’ve ever had on a run. Had a gel at 4 miles to stop a low blood sugar. Felt like the gel kinda made me cramp tho, been trying to switch to Rice Krispies on the runs, just harder to eat while running.
