Conference meet 21:42. Been reflecting over the past 24hrs about why I struggled so much during this race, and at first I thought of all of these small excuses as to why it went bad. Upon further thought, I realize that I made the race much more than I should have, and had such a negative mindset throughout the race. 2mile TT 12:25 (5:51, 6:34). I don't think I was fueled properly for this one, could’ve had some more food the night before and in the morning. Feel like I could’ve started my kick earlier than I did. Blood sugar went high like usual during the race, made the mile after the TT feel terrible (6:29).
