Home meet. Thought I ran good in all my races. 800 2:29.69 pr 600 1:47.17 had a good kick and for the 400 Sean said I ran 68.5 which is another pr.

Tempo workout. 2x1.5 mile 9:57 10:06 and 10 min of 45 on 15 off. Felt pretty good on the first, 6 seconds off goal pace on the last. Blood sugars were great. Good effort overall.

Little 4 4x800 and 1600. 2:30 in the 8 which is 5 second pr. Race went by so much quicker than I expected. Mile was rough, blood sugar went too high from all the adrenaline made me feel pretty sluggish. Still a great meet alot to learn from and had fun.
