Decent tempo fast workout today. Splits were 6:00, 5:30, 5:50, 5:35, 6:10, & 5:37. My fast miles were about the same pace but I went way too slow on the last tempo mile. My goal was to stick to Elliot but I fell behind way too much around mile 4. My times were decent but I definitely want to work on sticking with people during the workout.
