10 min tempo, then 5x1K at KLM. Started out as a great workout averaging 3:17 for the first 3 reps. Unfortunately faded significantly for the last 2 reps. I really need to work on pushing through that, which is a repeat issue from the meet. Can’t be going 8 seconds slower on the last rep, doesn’t matter if I’m by myself.
