Not a great workout today. Likely because I was by myself and didn’t have a good place to run it. Ended up running on a road but I had to turn around halfway thru bc of the hills. Effort was definitely there though. 3:57,3:21,2:42 for 1200,1K,800. Then 3:26,3:25 for the last 2K were my splits.
