1k repeats at klm today. Warmup was 10 mins at klm and then a 10 min tempo. Splits were 3:08, 3:09, 3:10, 3:08, and 3:06 with 3 min rest. After ran back to central and lifted. Today was definitely one of the hardest workouts this season. I think it was due to not recovering enough post meet. Ran most of the workout around Elliot and it helped a lot.
