Air quality wasn’t great so I did the progression on the treadmill. Splits were 7:40, 7:20, 7:10, 6:40, 6:20, 6:10, 6:00, 5:35. I felt really good during it and was the fastest I’ve gone on a progression. It definitely helped to see my pace the whole time and to manually adjust compared to getting a split every mile. I think I can go for 9 next week because this felt really good.
