4x800 and 4x400 at McCarthy 4x800 went very well - I dug deep for this race and it paid off. I ran well but couldn’t have done it without Bart, Johnny, and (sub 2 pending) Noah taking care of the rest. This is a late log - many of my initial emotions have subsided - but I remember how proud I was (and still am) of us as a group. I know that I have a lot more work to do, but this is a good step in the right direction. I’ve finally gotten a taste of what I’m working towards. 4x400 - 🫣
