The Bud mohns invitational was great. I ran the 4x800 relay and 800 open. My first race of the day was the relay and I was able to pull of a 2 second PR of 2:03.9. Later for my 800 I didn’t expect to PR at all and just wanted to place decently. During the first lap I got boxed in and wasn’t able to get past until the last 400 where I really had to kick to make up for it. I was surprised to see I ran faster than my first race and got a 2:03.7. I am super happy with how this meet went and I know from these 2 races that i have more room for PRs this season. It was also great seeing everyone run well like Rogers, Micheal, Ian, and Andrew to name a few.
