800 and 4x4 at St Charles. 800 I made the mistake of staying behind this DGN guy for too long assuming he was running the pace I needed to, definitely something to learn from. 400 I wasn’t expecting a run but was super happy to have the opportunity. It was a PR but a huge bummer to let all those guys pass me and be unable to lock it down for the team.
