I haven't logged all week so this is my log for the last few days.
Monday I ran 4 miles and cross trained 20 mins
Tuesday I ran 3.5 miles and cross trained 40 mins
Wednesday I ran 2 miles on the treadmill and biked 40 mins
So far I have 19.5 miles this week
