SUB 5 FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! Felt really great to finally break the 5 minute mark, I was nervous for this race more than most others, but it went well in the end. Ended the track season on a high note, 4:57.77. Sad to see the seniors go as well, and also congrats to everyone else that ran a PR or a season best tonight, and especially Owen with his 4:59.98 haha

Got to waterfall a little late, but Rogers and Quinn were still there when I got there so I ran 4 miles out with Rogers, the turned around with Ian and did 2 miles with him, then Ian was too fast so I did the last mile by myself. Average pace was pretty good, I was actually surprised I could keep a solid pace. Unfortunately missed the Ferrari car show that Ian saw 🥲

St Charles east meet today, went pretty well! I got a 17 second season PR (although my lifetime PR is still 10 seconds faster 🤷‍♂️) and it was a good meet. Ran with Isa afterward, and I took this really wholesome picture
