Went to robins park this morning to run the love like Sean 5k with Ian, Walter, and Rumi. I ran most of the race with Walter but he got me in the last mile. It was really nice to see the team help out and cheer. I finished 3rd overall and I’m really happy with how the race went. I had around a 15 second PR at 3 miles but it was on concrete and pretty flat/down hill. Also pretty sure the clocks were a little off.
