Ran the Love Like Sean 5k. I thought there were going to be much more people there but I ended up getting second and Noah got third. The timer was off significantly, it says I got much slower than the time I saw running in. I ran 10:38 for the 2 mile, which is a massive PR, and a PR in the 3 mile, but I somehow don’t remember what it was. Somewhere between 16:25-16:35 is my guess. Westphal said racing on streets is much faster than the track or grass and I really felt it, the race felt really smooth the whole way through. In other news, Owen is looking very likely to come out for track this season, and he’ll likely do winter running too. I guess I’m Kian too because my little brother Dean (4th grade) got 21:22, a bit slower than where i was in 8th grade. Photo feat. Noah
