Great race today. Got out well and ran with Momin for the first 2 miles. It was super valuable to be able to push ourselves to not slow down especially on the second lap. The last lap I had an amazing kick and tried to catch as many guys as possible. I think I caught at least 6. Ran 17:21. Summer running really paid off today, also great weather. I know I have the ability to do even better.
