Kasra took me to the 5 seasons and I got a great swim workout in. 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 ladder workout with a minute rest in between. I took the warmup and cooldown in half the time because 15 minutes swimming straight sounds horrible. Afterwards Kasra said I should have done the whole thing and taken some breaks if I needed to. Fair enough, I’ll do that next time. (good convincing kasra 👍) After the first few laps I got the hang of it (I was on the Hinsdale swim team for a few years) and I felt really good. I forgot to check my heart rate during the workout but I know I was pushing myself. Fun sauna and push-up race with Kasra afterwards.
