2 mile warmup. Then 6 mile progression run, times were 6:13, 6:18, 6:08, 5:59, 5:58, and 5:49 for a total time of 36:28. Started with Andrew for the first 3 miles and dropped off a little bit but was able to keep my pace up.

The race felt good and I started off with Andrew for the first 800 something meters and then I dropped a little bit, but my goal for the rest of the race was to keep Andrew in my line of view. Which ended up helping me push and finish the race strong. I am excited that I got a PR and it is one of the first times I felt like I had a good cross country race. Excited to see what I can do at the Red Devil Invite.
