Back at the grind. Can’t get too washed. Just about 6.5 miles from where I’m staying is this big mountain that would be a crazy running spot…. Debating if the journey is worth it but today gives me confidence.

Didn’t exactly make the smartest choices in regards to stretching before running and also walking around Ireland for a lot. Legs are absolutely fried and might need a day or two of rest…. Even the retirees have a thing or two to learn about running
