Stough warmup + 2*1.5 mi tempo + 10 mins of 45, 15. Ran almost perfect pace for the two reps of tempo and then sped up for the 10 minutes I felt very good and fresh today

Good meet today ran the 800 and the 400. 800 was definitely too slow and I still had quite a bit in the tank after running 2:27, but on the bright side that means I may not be far off of breaking 5 in the 1600. My 400 was a 65 which I’m pretty proud of for my first one, lane 1 for the start was kinda bunz tho I do not recommend

I like the slow pace but definitely took it a bit too slow (not really checking my watch). At least I was hitting zone 3 for like the whole way so I’m definitely improving how aerobic my runs are, hopefully this pays off later. Also let’s not run western springs anymore my feet got frozen crossing that bridge

Coach if you see this, I sent an email but I don’t know if you saw it, my mom scheduled a late doctors appointment Friday night and she said I shouldn’t practice. I’ve had kinda like a cough and congestion for a week now and it hasn’t gotten better, doctor said it was an infection and antibiotics should get rid of it soon, just did HIIT and 15 bike today
