20 min warmup, 10x2 min hard with a 30 second recovery, and a 20 min cooldown. I wanted to do a more speed oriented workout, and I added extra time because it’d be too short without it.

15 min warmup, 7x5 min hard with a 2 minute rest. 12 minute cooldown. Felt like a hard workout.

Workout on the bike. 15 min warmup, 12x3 min hard with 1 min rest and 12 minute cooldown cuz I wanted to end on an even 75. Workout was really hard, really pushed myself in this one.
