20 min warmup, 10x2 min hard with a 30 second recovery, and a 20 min cooldown. I wanted to do a more speed oriented workout, and I added extra time because it’d be too short without it.

75 min bike, I was originally only gonna go 65, but I felt rly good on the bike so I decided to do 75. Felt rly good, every time I checked my HR it was around 180. Had a hectic week last week so I didn’t log but I’m gonna do better this week. Bear down!!

I was gonna do a 50 min bike today, but I felt so good on the bike I decided to do 55. Idk why but I was locked in on the bike today. Every time I checked my heart rate it was around 180. Kyle told me when I’m on the bike to keep my heart rate around 180, so I’m doing good there. Absolutely locked in for track season. Pic of coach Quags on the bottom.

Forgot to log 45 min bike at home. Pretty sure the bike read around 14.1 miles when I was finished so a little under 19mph average. Felt good.
