Nice single B with Coach before Under the Lights tmrw. I couldn’t agree more with the change in date as it gave me a much needed extra time to think about the race and this part of high school for me. Did 2*200 strides at not race pace accidentally, 29,30. But tmrw will go well for all of us I’m sure of. I am ready to run my heart out.
